Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Peppermint Grove products. If something is not right, we are here to help.
Returns
You may return unused, unopened items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To start a return, email us at info@pepgrove.com with your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, opened consumable or personal-care items (such as teas, bath products, and diffuser blends) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or faulty.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.
