At Peppermint Grove, every order is packed by hand with care. Here is everything you need to know about how and when your botanicals will reach you.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During sales and holiday periods, processing may take a little longer. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $50.
- Flat-rate standard shipping of $5.95 on orders under $50.
- Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow your parcel right to your door.
Shipping Delays
Occasionally, carrier or weather delays are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please email us at info@pepgrove.com and we will help track it down.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we will make it right.
